Never paid my rebates as an IB.
No problems at all, just requoting from time to time, but not something that cause a big issue.
You have to wait forever in their customer service chat, I hate it, luckily you don't have to contact them oftenly.
I like the variety of instruments, but their spreads are too high in my opinion, 3 pips is not competittive.
