I had a requote once in 5 years, customer support is always good and my money is back with me in 3-5 days.
tight spreads, fast execution, very few slippages, no freezing, named it, they have all you can ask for.
If you use EAs with them it's good with EURUSD but that's all, for other pairs EAs work in a strange way, I don't know if is due to their platform or due to a policy, anyway, if you are looking for an Euro partner this is the place.
Excellent for EAs, no problems when want my money back and very fast execution, the customer support has room to improvement but it's still acceptable
Not perfect but one of the best out there, 9 out of 10.
